Do I understand what outcome I’m really thinking about?

    I think it’s just a problem, I have amd64 on nforce3

If I equip type and functionProcessor options –> AMD IOMMU support.
Is it possible to disable IBM Calgary IOMMU support?

    What is the difference?

    thanks for helping friends :P

this is the help text for getting AMD_IOMMU in gentoo-sources 2.6.27-r7

How can I easily find out if my ACPI table is of type IVRS?

I turned off Calgary to try them, no headaches so far. How do I make a small sample of IOMMU presence/functionality?

Calgary may only refer to IBM xServer hardware.
